Crystal Ashworth

Crystal is a Senior Recruiter for Early Discovery UK, covering our Saffron Walden, Harlow, Hatfield, Portishead, and High Peak sites for scientific and core function roles. She obtained a Biomedical Sciences degree from Leeds Beckett and started in scientific recruitment in early 2014. Since then, she has recruited for a wide range of scientific organizations including big pharma across different sectors such as pharmaceuticals, CDMO, Clinical and CROs. Crystal is experienced in end-end recruitment and of managing, volume accounts predominantly within the scientific markets. She joined Charles River in 2019, having managed the Charles River account at her last agency.
