Heather Waldis, MEd, RLATG, ILAM is the Sr. Manager of Learning & Development for Charles River Insourcing Solutions. She has been with Charles River for 15 years. Her educational background includes degrees in biology education, instructional design, and veterinary technology. She has spent over 18 years in both training and education between public education and Charles River. She currently oversees the training program curriculum and training services for the IS North American market. Her work focuses on instructional design, virtual training, technical training and developing training curriculums and programs for both Charles River staff and clients.
