Marko Andrić is a Senior Director of Business Development for Charles River’s Late Discovery ADMET Sciences. Marko received his B. Biotechnology degree from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA. In 2009, he joined VisEn Medical in Bedford, MA, as Inside Sales Manager and later, PerkinElmer as a Pre-clinical Imaging Specialist for North America. In this role Marko focused on translational optical molecular imaging platform to support characterization of oncology and inflammation disease models, large molecule biodistribution and safety, and developing translational imaging probes for diagnostic and surgical procedures.
In 2014, he joined SOLVO Biotechnology, Budapest, Hungary, to commercialize SOLVO’s transporter sciences in North America. Marko’s current work at Charles River is in the field of ADME/PK technologies and strategies in drug design and development, the role of drug transporters and transporter-enzyme interplay in ADME/PK, and clinical DDI predictions.
