Nicole Posey oversees Mammalian, Microbial, and Viral Banking/Vaccine Manufacturing, Environmental Monitoring, and the internal Cell Culture group that supports in vitro biosafety testing at the Malvern, PA Biologics site. She has been with Charles River for over 15 years and has both technical and regulatory experience when it comes to establishing master and working cell banks, and challenge viruses and vaccine candidates for Phase I/II clinical trials. Nicole has a strong background in mammalian cell culture and supports clients in ensuring the starting material for their biologic is uniform, controlled, and compliant.
