Dr. Roxana Redis earned her PhD in 2013 from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Cluj-Napoca in collaboration with MD Anderson Cancer Center focusing on understanding the involvement of non-coding RNAs in cancer initiation and progression. After a two-year post-doctorate at MD Anderson Cancer Center, she joined ProQR Therapeutics where she helped develop their RNA editing platform technology (Axiomer Technology) and later supported the transition of lead candidates from discovery to pre-clinical development. Since joining Charles River in 2020, Dr. Redis has been leading the development of the ASO hit to lead platform within Early Discovery.
