Dr. Thomas has 20 years of experience in the Laboratory Animal Research field and started her career at the University of Miami’s Division of Veterinary Resources prior to joining Charles River. She specializes in aligning business strategy with customer needs to deliver impactful results. With a strong background in cross-functional leadership, Tasha excels at guiding operations and business development teams. Her expertise spans market analysis, process optimization, and stakeholder engagement with geo-expansion of the Charles River Accelerator and Development Lab (CRADL®). Passionate about creating value, she focuses on delivering products and services that enhance efficiency and user experience.
