Request a quote or download the catalog.
2. Place Your Order Request
Once you are ready to place an order, please submit your purchase order to our Client Services team via [email protected]; and reference a quote number if you have one. The Client Services team will work to coordinate with our donor Recruitment team (if applicable) and capture the details of your shipping conditions and expected delivery date on our Product Order Form (POF), which serves as an order confirmation document that will be sent for your final review. Charles River accepts payment in U.S. currency. Payments in the form of company checks, cashier checks, money orders, and major credit cards. If paying by credit card, please indicate on your order request and a member of our Client Services team will contact you, or you may call us at 877-397-3087. Payment is to be made in full to Charles River within 30 days of invoice.
3. Review and Confirm Your Order
For research use only (RUO) products, a member of the Client Services team will send the POF to you for review and electronic signature as part of the order confirmation process. The POF includes product specification, shipping details including shipping temperature, billing information including payment information. By signing the POF, you confirm that the information is correct, and you agree to the Charles River Cell Solutions Terms and Conditions which state that biological products provided are intended for research use only and not for direct therapeutic or diagnostic use in humans or animals, or for further manufacturing of therapeutic products or devices. Charles River will begin recruitment and schedule a donor for collection or prepare shipment of cryopreserved products following receipt of a signed POF and purchase order/payment.
For GMP-compliant products, a POF is not necessary; rather, the documented agreements outline the appropriate requirements.
4. Receive Your Shipment
On the day of shipment, shipment tracking information will be sent to the primary contact(s) noted on the POF. When you receive an order from Charles River, there will be standard documents included with the shipment. What to expect in a shipment:
