Dr. Jean Cozzi leads Innovation for Charles River Europe, where he focuses on advancing research involving animal models and the responsible adoption of cutting edge research technologies across research model services. A key pillar of his role is driving training and knowledge development initiatives for scientific staff, strengthening internal expertise to better support customer studies.
Dr. Cozzi is deeply committed to promoting research rigor, reproducibility, and ethical standards, working closely with customers to implement best practices in animal research. He brings extensive experience managing global R&D programs in collaboration with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, as well as academic research institutions. His scientific expertise spans mouse and rat–assisted reproduction, transgenesis, nuclear transfer technologies, and genetics.
