Sanath started OpenTreatments out of the necessity to help his and other patient foundations build a robust gene therapy program. Our Executive Science Director, David Fischer volunteered his time through our employee service program to help develop the platform with Sanath. In addition to offering end-to-end support for drug development, Charles River is committed to giving more time to the individual families and foundations that come through the platform, to provide scientific input at different stages.
