Accugenix® Sample Submission

Depending on the testing service required, we have multiple options for preparing your samples for submission and shipping. Simply determine the service and preferred method of sample preparation, and our guides will assist you with the process.

Sample submission for any of our services can be done directly through our Customer Web Portal. If you would like us to set up a web portal account for you or if you need assistance filling out the forms, please contact Technical Support at 1.800.886.9654 or 1.302.292.8888. An Identification Request Form (IRF) must be completed in order to process your sample submission and to complete your sample shipping procedure to Accugenix laboratories. The IRF should be completed using our Accugenix Customer Web Portal.

The web portal makes sample submissions easy and reduces redundant entries of information over time. Your stored demographic information is automatically populated to save time and increase efficiency. Our portal is compliant with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and offers the highest level of data encryption plus secured login and password credentials to safeguard your confidential information, reports and data.

Be sure to print out the Identification Request Form (IRF) and include a copy with the samples being shipped.

We will assist you with packing your samples and shipping them from anywhere in the world. There are detailed guides that also describe handling individual types of sample preparations.

Follow these simple tips for sample shipping to ensure your samples arrive intact and ready to be processed upon arrival at the Accugenix laboratory:

• Ensure that the codes on your samples match the sample identification codes on the Identification Request Form (IRF)
• Enclose a completed and signed IRF with each shipment
• Use triple containment with absorbent material when shipping live organisms
• Pack samples with cushioning material to prevent damage in shipping
• Ship for overnight delivery or early morning delivery for same-day TAT results
• We recommend ambient temperature for sample shipment.

For same-day TAT results (BACSEQ-0, FUNITS-0 or ACCUPRO-ID-0), we require notification prior to the arrival of your samples. Please contact the appropriate location:

Charles River, Delaware, Newark (USA) – Accugenix

• Contact Technical Support at +1.302.292.8888 with the shipper and tracking number
• Samples must be shipped for arrival at Charles River by 8:30 AM ET.
• We cannot guarantee results by 5:00 PM ET for samples received later than 8:30 AM ET.
• Results for same-day TAT samples received after 8:30 AM ET will be sent as soon as available; however, no later than 12:00 PM ET the next business day (same-day TAT charge will still apply).

Charles River, Ecully, France – Accugenix

• Contact +33 (0) 474 01 6932 with the shipper and tracking number
• Samples must be shipped for arrival at our Charles River, France facility by 8:30 AM Central European Time (CET).
• We cannot guarantee results by 24:00 CET for samples received later than 8:30 AM CET.
• Results for same-day TAT samples received after 8:30 Central European Time (CET) will be sent as soon as available the next business day (same-day TAT charge will still apply).
