CIP/CAP Overview
To support and expedite the development of life-changing therapies for patients in need, biotechnology pioneers with extraordinary ideas and potential are invited to apply to take part in Charles River's Incubator and Accelerator Programs.
| Program | Stage of Development |
|---|---|
| Incubator Program (CIP) | 24+ months from IND or CTA submission |
| Accelerator Program (CAP) | 18-24 months from IND or CTA submission |
With the goal of imparting cost-effective, consultative regulatory and quality expertise, personnel training initiatives, and enabling access to laboratory space and equipment, the programs enable early-stage developers to ultimately form a strong foundation for commercial viability.
"The selection of Charles River as our CDMO resulted from the additional benefits of its CGT Accelerator Program, including manufacturing prioritization for Nav 1.7, introduction to key industry players, scientific advisory and consulting services, plus co-marketing efforts. We are delighted to have been selected from a pool of talented applicants."
Ana Moreno, PhD, Chief Executive Officer, Navega Therapeutics, Inc.
