HuPBMC-NCG-MHC-dKO Mice Details

In vivo models engrafted with human immune cells play a crucial role in immuno-oncology, infectious disease, and graft-rejection research. Among these, peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) are particularly valuable for humanizing mice due to their ability to rapidly engraft in immunodeficient models.

The NCG-MHC-dKO mouse is a triple-immunodeficient NCG model that lacks the expression of MHC class I molecule (H2-K and H2-D1), and MHC class II molecule (H2-Ab1). These reduced expressions significantly delay the onset of graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) in PBMC-humanized NCG models, improving study outcomes.

The HuPBMC-NCG-MHC-dKO model, created by pairing an NCG-MHC-dKO mouse with pre-qualified PBMCs, offers a study-ready solution that prioritizes convenience, efficiency, and high-quality engraftment. By using a validated and trusted PBMC source, this model ensures reliable and reproducible research outcomes.
