Specialist Facility for Off-Target Specificity Screening
Charles River’s High Peak facility, originally founded as Retrogenix in 2008 and acquired in 2021, is recognized for its pioneering Cell Microarray Technology. The site houses the world’s largest and most diverse collection of over 6,500 human and non-human cell surface and secreted proteins expressed in human cells. These capabilities support the identification of receptor targets and off-target interactions, accelerating biotherapeutic development with precision and reliability.
